What if I run out of credits?

Your office still works. Credits are for the publish-to-your-domain pipeline. Chat, drafts, and the general skill set can continue on bundled messages or your own LLM key.

What if I run out of bundled AdClaw AI messages?

Plug in your own LLM provider key from any of the 24 supported providers in the console (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, DeepSeek, and others). The hosted office does not lock up when the bundle ends.

Why does my workspace sleep?

Auto-sleep keeps the hosted price low. After idle time, the workspace powers down. Wake is usually about 90 seconds, and while you are actively working you do not wait on every message.

Can I self-host instead?

Yes. AdClaw stays Apache 2.0 and is available through Docker, PyPI, Railway, and DigitalOcean. See the developer page for install paths and the self-host pricing page for the tradeoff math.

Are specialists capped by plan?

No. The five specialists are defaults, not a limit. Every plan supports unlimited custom personas.

Where do I manage billing?

Billing runs through Citedy checkout. After purchase, you use the AdClaw host dashboard to launch and open the office.
